The Riverside Arts Walk is one of the most entertaining events in the Inland Empire. Originally organized by local artists, the event takes place on the first Thursday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Numerous art galleries and museums participate including the Riverside Art Museum, Mission Inn Museum, Riveside Metropolitan Museum, Division 9 Gallery and The People's Gallery. Museum admission is free during the arts walk.
Music lovers can enjoy free performances by bands and solo musicians at indoor venues as well as outdoors along several avenues (University Avenue and Mission Inn Avenue between Main St. and Lemon St.).
